How long is the limited warranty valid?

GoldenHomes Midwest LLC, the representative agency of GoldenHome cabinets, warrants its parts and products to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for:
residential customers - a period of five (5) years following their acquisition date;
commercial customers - a period of one (1) year following their acquisition date.

What is covered under this limited warranty?

This limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in the GoldenHome Cabinets, no labor included. Valid for indoor
use only. This limited warranty covers all the following parts of the GoldenHome Cabinets.

  • Cabinet frames
  • Door panels
  • Door handles
  • Hinges
  • Drawers
  • Legs
  • Toe-kicks

What will Goldenhome do to correct the problem?

GoldenHome will examine the products and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this limited warranty. If considered covered, GoldenHome through its own service operations, will then, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If it is covered by this limited warranty, GoldenHome will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff, that GoldenHome incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by GoldenHome. Replaced parts become the property of GoldenHome. If the item is no longer sold by GoldenHome, GoldenHome will provide an appropriate replacement. It is GoldenHome that determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

What is not covered under this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This warranty does not cover any problems or damage that result from improper transportation, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, abnormal use, commercial use, improper maintenance, non-manufacturer repairs. Please follow our assembly instruction, installation instructions and care instructions carefully. This limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage, accidents or acts of God, such as hurricanes, fire, earthquakes or floods.

  • Does not cover failure to comply with care instructions
  • Does not cover chips or damage from abuse or excessive impact
  • Does not cover any products moved from their original place of installation

Can warranty be transfer?

This warranty is only to the original consumer purchase and may not be transferred.
Original proof of purchase receipt is required.
